In the Present era housing sector
is facing a major problem both in Private as as well as Public Sector
because of mass shift from rural to urban areas. The realization of
being able to own a house in a decent locality is a big desire of of
every family. These aspects have rendered the residential prospects
in
in established urban areas beyond the reach of even well to do
families.
In order to overcome these
problems a collective effort at self-help basis in a true
Co-operative Spirit was realized. With this aim in mind Engineers,
Architects, doctors and other technocrats from every walk of life
gathered together to form The Pakistan Technocrats Co-operative
Housing Society Ltd. These technocrats with their vast experience,
technical know-how and expertise created a platform to help each
other for providing development opportunities and better living
environments and to provide residential plots to members at
